Memphis residents have zero tolerance for violent crimes. The accused often face an aggressive prosecution that seeks to make sure the accused receives the maximum jail time. The public always wants answers and wants the perpetrator to face serious penalties. But it is important for the defense to be able to tell their side of the story and have an attorney that will safeguard their interests.

A person who is facing serious criminal charges may want to speak with a legal professional skilled in criminal defense. This could help the accused tell his or her side of the story, including the allegations that led to the arrest. It is important for everyone to remember that a person is innocent until proven guilty and an attorney can make sure that the suspect’s legal rights are being protected.
